We provide interim management consulting services where our consultants are full UK PAYE employees with NI taxes properly deducted at source and paid per HMRC employment schedules. None of our client engaged consultants own any company shares and are not paid any dividends - they are 100% PAYE employees. For this reason we are 100% IR35 compliant. We strictly comply with all guidance from the HMRC, FCSA, APSCO and Professional Passport.
Our employees are all KYC ID triple checked via passport, driver’s license, and utility bill with a verified UK home permanent address. £1 million pounds of professional indemnity insurance along with full business insurance coverage included as standard.
All consultants are paid from our long-term well established and safe UK based business bank. No foreign banks are used or involved. We do not use any loans, trusts, or other schemes. 100% of all salary is paid via PAYE only with full UK employment taxes deducted.
No shadow contracts are used. There is one business to business contract between the client and Flying Tortoise Umbrella Ltd and a second employment contract between Flying Tortoise Umbrella Ltd and it’s employees.
There are no additional charges to the client other than the contractually agreed professional day rate plus UK VAT. No markup or margin is added to the day rate. The client pays only for time actually worked. The client is never charged for any expenses other than valid business expenses that are pre-agreed with the client as being required by the client and as being reimbursable at actual cost (e.g. business air travel, hotels on business trips, etc).
